About Mark Bussetti

Mark Bussetti has a real enthusiasm for helping individuals to understand and manage their condition. He works holistically to empower you to be able to maximise your health by utilising strategies to help you achieve your best possible function for your chosen activities whether they be for daily tasks, work, hobbies or sports participation.

Mark is able to provide a range of hands on techniques to help improve your body's musculoskeletal function by drawing on years of experience treating and managing common sports and work related injuries/conditions. He is also able to draw on his exercise prescription expertise in conjunction with his hands on treatments to help you manage your way back to full function.Mark has been practising therapy both in the UK and abroad for over 20 years.

Prior to becoming an osteopath Mark had a number of years experience within the fitness industry not only as a personal trainer to a range of clients, but has also provided sports therapy services to a number of rugby clubs and sporting events such as the London marathon.

In addition to providing therapies, he has taught courses in personal training and sports massage therapy for a range of educational establishments. Today, he continues to teach anatomy and sports science courses, as well as treating in private practice.

Mark also continues to deliver onsite services to leading industry organisations - services include manual handling training, DSE assessments, postural assessments and advice.

Mark has a keen interest in sports performance and sports injuries and is looking forward to developing over time a useful resource on this website outlining common injuries and conditions and strategies to manage them.
